The Future of Anaesthesia and Critical Care in Africa

Last updated 7 August 2026. These terms govern your use of aaac2027.com and your participation in the 10th All Africa Anaesthesia Congress (AAAC 2027), organised by the Society of Anaesthesiologists of Tanzania (SATA), 13–16 September 2027 at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre, Dar es Salaam. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts created with false professional credentials may be suspended without refund.

2. Registration and payment

A registration is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified by the congress secretariat. Selecting a package creates a pending registration; you must upload proof of payment, which is reviewed manually. Fees are quoted in USD or TZS as shown at the time of selection, and bank charges are the delegate's responsibility.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation requests must be emailed to registration@aaac2027.com. Refund eligibility is determined by the secretariat and any approved refund is issued net of transaction charges. Registrations may be transferred to another delegate on request before the congress opens. No refunds are issued for no-shows.

4. Invitation and visa letters

Invitation and visa support letters are issued as a courtesy to registered delegates. They do not guarantee a visa, and the congress accepts no liability for visa refusal, travel disruption or related costs. Visa applications are made at visa.immigration.go.tz.

5. Abstracts and scientific content

By submitting an abstract you confirm it is your own work, that all co-authors consent, and that any required ethical approval was obtained. You grant the congress a non-exclusive licence to publish the abstract in the programme, abstract book and congress website. Authors retain copyright.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other delegates' data, disrupt the platform, scrape the delegate directory, upload malicious files, or use the networking features to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

7. Conduct at the congress

Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination and unauthorised recording of sessions are prohibited and may result in removal from the venue without refund.

8. Programme changes

The scientific programme, speakers, workshops and venue arrangements may change. Where the congress is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to the registration fee paid.

9. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Delegates are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, with the courts of Tanzania having jurisdiction.
